Satellite Support
To provide the best possible support for the campus community, there are two Satellite Support offices on campus. These offices provide direct support of the academic computer labs, classrooms and faculty/staff. Satellite Support also provides Level 2 response to Service Center calls. To ensure prompt and efficient service, faculty or staff located in the satellite areas should call the Service Center for all service requests.
