The InfoSecProgram encompasses a wide variety of IT topics, including: physical and logical security policies, password and account policies, application security and encryption policies, copyright standards and procedures for responding to infringement, and more.

ServiceLevelGuidelines

The ServiceLevelGuidelines represent a partnership between Clarkson faculty and staff and the Office of Information Technology; identifying the roles and responsibilities of OIT, faculty and staff with respect to the goal of providing optimal support for teaching, learning, research and administrative technologies.

IT Request from Law Enforcement

In order to respect the privacy rights of our students and staff, it is important that any requests from law enforcement be handled appropriately. This flow-chart defines the process that will be followed whenever a request for IT information is provided to the University by law enforcement personnel.
